The future plans for the heritage and community of this important part of central Kingston are ambitious.
We have already carried out a major restoration of the Church including a wide range of basic improvements to light, heat and disabled access. This restoration also included the establishment of new doors into the Church so that the building now not only faces the historic medieval aspects of Kingston but also enables access from the retail metropolis Kingston has become. This enables us to develop the church as a new heritage attraction that maps Kingston’s role not just as a local but also a national historic landmark.
For the future, we hope to establish a new building, adjacent to the historic Church, in which we will undertake a number of community focused activities. We will be returning All Saints to its historic position as the hub of central Kingston and the focus of activity and companionship at the heart of the Royal Borough.
